Say NO To Obama’s Unconstitutional Appointments!

Please do not let President Obama make another “recess appointment”! This doesn’t only bypasses the authority of the U.S. Senate, this is also clearly an unconstitutional action.

The only time the President can make appointments is when the Senate is in recess. But this is not what happened. There’s been no recess and yet President Obama has taken this unprecedented and unconstitutional action.

The U.S. Constitution provides the foundation for our rule of law and our rights under the law. If any part of it can be ignored by the government, all of it could be ignored by the government.
